I have to praise Young Saeng on his fantastic singing In the track, you can tell that during his part around 3:11, he goes into falsetto because he couldn’t reach the high notes. However, in the live performances, his part at 3:23, you can tell he definitely reached it and sang it so beautifully <3333 To have the lives be better than the CD version is quite an amazing accomplishment, wonderful job Young Saeng ^^

The single released on January 21, and includes three songs: “Bolero,” the main theme song for the Japanese movie “Subaru,” “Kiss The Baby Sky,” written by member Micky Yoochun, and “Wasurenaide” (Don’t Forget), written by member Hero Jaejoong.

For the first time, KBS “Boys Over Flowers” has brought down MBC “East of Eden” to win the top ratings spot.
According to TNS Media Korea, January 26’s broadcasting showed “Boys Over Flowers” ahead of “East of Eden,” 19.5% to 17.5%. (It can be noted that on this day, ratings were lower than usual due to the Lunar New Year celebration.)
“Boys Over Flowers” started on January 5, with the following ratings so far: 1st episode 14.3%, 2nd episode 17.6%, 3rd episode 20.8%, 4th episode 21.4%, 5th and 6th episodes 24.8%, 7th episode 24.8%.

After DaeSung’s “Look At Me, GwiSun” comes a new trot song “It’s a Big Win,” which will be online on January 29.
Last year, DaeSung introduced “Look At Me, GwiSun” (composed by fellow Big Bang member G-Dragon) to attract the older generation and also younger generation. “It’s a Big Win,” means to feel some kind of hope even in this economic crisis of 2009.
The music video will be directed by Cha Eun Taek, who also did Big Bang’s “Lies” and “Day by Day,” as well as BoA’s “Eat You Up.”

First up, SHINee They danced to a H.O.T song, and did a wonderful job XD You can tell it was really popular before because everyone in the background was also dancing to it, which was really cute XDDD Taemin’s hair though….T___T oh wells, his dance break more than made up for it XDDD
Then we have Seungri against Taeyang from BB. It was surprising that they were battling against each other, seeing that they come from the same group, but whatever XDD”’ Seungri’s dance was terrible (says my 5 year old brother, whom I shoo-ed away after getting the drift of the dance -.-”’) but I thought it was nice, just wasn’t what I like watching ^^””” …..ANYHOW, Taeyang did an awesome job with his dance. I’ve always thought he’s a great dancer from his solo debut and live performances, and he didn’t disappoint his fans with this stage Oh, and really cute hat, BTW XDD
That……costume/hitting game is full of lulz XDDDD Don’t know most of the people playing it, but Taeyang against Seungri is so cute!! XD
The beginning dance, round 4, part 4, is AMAZING @_@ Traditional dancing in amidst of all the hip-hop dancing is quite refreshing to watch. He did a fantastic job, beautiful moves and flow-ly gestures ^^ and…..of course here comes the hip hop dancing afterwards XD Not that I’m complaining, it was very nicely done. Who’s this person? Taegoon?
THE RAINISM PARODY WAS HILARIOUS XDDDDD I really really really wish someone will translate her lyrics, the “would you like something to drink” was so funny, Hyung Joon thought so too ^^ The dancing and singing isn’t bad at all also @_@ She’s got some sharp moves XDDD

Here’s the showdown, SS501 against SJ-H I’ve sort of kind of became a SS501 fan overnight, mainly because of my fangirl obsession with GORGEOUS Hyun Joong XDDD So I was really looking forward to this when I first heard of it …..and for some reason, I kind of ran out of things to say now that it’s here =.= I felt like SS501’s dance was more flashy and showy, and SJ-H’s dance was better technically, if that makes sense ^^” I ADORE Sungmin’s slow-move flip, great job Pumpkin

EDIT: I hope you guys had a great new year Woke up around 7:30AM to watch the New Year Festival/Gala live, was very pleased with all the performances and costumes ^^ I LOVED the tap dancing from Ireland (?), their skills was quite amazing to watch @_@ I liked how that Taiwanese idol performed with that little kid, both were sooooo cute ^^
I really really wish though, that other idols (namely Hannie, JJLin, and even Top Combine) could have an opportunity to come perform on a show like this. I name those idols mainly because they are Chinese and somewhat well known, which is important ^^ I would LOVE IT if DBSK/SJ can perform there, but I think they would have a lesser chance since they are not Chinese and after all this is a CHINESE New Year Gala XDD” Maybe in a couple of years, I’m keeping my hopes up for these lovely idols
To be honest, I also kind of just want a chance to be like, “I know those people, didn’t they do a good job in the Gala?” to my parents and all XDD OH oh, during that Beijing Olympics comedy skit with the Korean tourist, he said “Hello” and ”Thank you” in Korean, and I was spazzing out like “HOMG I KNOW WHAT HE’S SAYING DDDDDD” ……..LOL XDDD
